We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the strategic growth of Envista's equipment restoration business, AREPA, throughout the U.S. The right fit will support AREPA deliver on its mission to be the clear choice globally, over all other equipment restoration firms, when confidence needs to be restored in damaged, critical equipment. Utilizing continuous innovation, attention to detail, and anticipation of client needs, AREPA will ensure outstanding quality and customer service.

 

As the recovery from disasters has grown more complex, AREPA has developed a comprehensive service to help our clients in the medical, manufacturing, computer data center, marine, and wind turbine industry. AREPA has associates located around the globe to provide our clients assurance no matter the type of loss or location of the disaster. We are seeking a business development professional to support our rapidly expanding restoration business throughout the Western U.S.

 

• Responsible for growing, developing and nurturing the AREPA NA sales team and book of business.
• Directly responsible for expanding restoration services throughout North America, developing new markets and growing revenue. 
• Carries out the human resources management tasks associated with the direct supervision of designated staff, including employee selection, orientation, training, development, performance management, rewards and recognition, promotion recommendations and counseling and discipline as necessary. 
• Plans conferences’ sales exhibits and events. Attends trade shows. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs. Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation. 
• Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts. 
• Prepares various presentations for the organization’s marketing, promotion, education, or communication purposes; applies skills in using a variety of audio-visual software; delivers presentations to target audiences as required. 
• Collaborates with management on budgeting, program development, and growth strategies and tactics for national accounts. 
• Assures that the regional marketing strategy is well-aligned with the national sales plan. 
• Generates targeted, new customer leads through research, face-to-face meetings, broad and focused networking, cold-calling, use of social media and other internet tools and applying other proven methods for identifying, qualifying and building the client base.
• Provides business development and account management services in assigned regions within the insurance industry. 
• Serves as liaison between the company’s operations team and client to resolve issues and concerns. 
• Stays abreast of industry information, developments, and trends; maintains an understanding of the internal and external factors affecting the business; participates in ongoing training and development as assigned or approved to assure knowledge and skills remain current and comprehensive. 
• Functions as an effective member of the team, assisting co-workers as needed and learning from colleagues and supervisors; supports the goals of the department and organization; demonstrates initiative in the interest of the client and the organization.
• Upholds the values of Envista and AREPA, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity and the highest standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct; conducts oneself in a manner that reflects favorably on the organization. Maintains the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information, exercising sound judgment and discretion in any disclosure of information related to Envista and AREPA and their endeavors.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills achieved through sales and other related experience required.
• Three plus years of sales experience in either forensic engineering, restoration or the global insurance industry needed.
• Demonstrated sales track record, including successful sales and marketing directly to insurance companies and/or law firms.
• Proven experience growing a team and revenue as a sales manager preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point); excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; prioritization, time management and organizational skills to execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines; fundamental knowledge of the insurance industry; attention to detail and accuracy; basic research skills, including use of the internet in conducting research; analytical skills; diplomacy; problem-solving and critical thinking skills, especially as applied to meeting both customer and operations needs; teamwork, compassion, and respect toward others in keeping with the company’s core values, as well as integrity, accountability, adherence to standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct; open and honest communication; commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
