Job Description

Project Management

  • Oversee all technical operations including supervising and directing full time personnel and temporary staff on depot and/or remote job sites.
  • Maintain the highest standards in job performance, quality control and adherence to procedures.
  • Schedule and allocate manpower, equipment and other resources to multiple jobs.
  • Effectively track job time and expense costs and time completion commitments.
  • Actively participate in reallocation of resources as needed to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop project estimates, bids, and/or proposals on a timely and efficient basis.
  • Submit quotations and follow-up.
  • Negotiate and close by agreeing on the scope and terms of the project
  • Secure proper signatures/documents required for commencement or closer of the job.
  • As needed, perform restoration work of equipment including; disassembly, tagging parts, decontamination, drying, re-assembly, testing and delivery of finished goods.
  • Interact with the client giving status reports and developing a trusting professional relationship.
  • Fax, mail or email on a regular basis all documents related to a job for billing, payroll and expenses.

Marketing  

  • Maintain established relationships with current clients and consultants and work to create new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments to meet with established and new prospective clients.
  • Provide excellent service to clients and consultants by responding to client inquiries through calls, email, or letters.
  • Complete sales related administrative tasks like updating the CRM contact database, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate internal resources to maximize client exposure.
  • Resolve client and consultant issues by providing the best solution, whether it’s simply finding the answer or taking the initiative to find an innovative new solution that best suits the situation.
  • Develop a thorough and deep technical knowledge regarding the division’s offerings. Educate clients on current capabilities, recovery connections and global reach.
  • Attend industry related conferences.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Improve the division’s environmental health and safety documentation and other written procedures.
  • Obtain the IPC certification and renew the certification as required by IPC.
  • Suggest new ideas for improved work flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Research & Development - Research the latest equipment, techniques, procedures and chemicals to continuously improve the divisions’ efficiency and end product.
  • Packing, shipping and unpacking of equipment, tools, chemicals and safety equipment.
