Job Description


  • Own key financial and operational data reporting in BI system and underlying sources.
  • Deliver meaningful financial reports including written analysis articulating key drivers and trends to support decision making.  Prepare weekly financial updates for senior management team.  Compile, analyze and share weekly KPI report. 
  • Prepare financial planning activities including budgets and forecasts.  Perform variance reviews, and track investment returns.  Interpret and communicate results to Finance Manager, CFO and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly reporting activities including preparing financial reports and analyzing profitability.
  • Understand, manipulate and report companywide data – whether it’s revenue by person or client, metrics, and financial data.
  • Participate in system implementations including the company performance management tool and business intelligence platform.
  • Partner in development of financial models, participate on cross-functional project teams, and perform analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Function as an effective member of the team, assisting co-workers as needed and learning from colleagues and supervisors; support the goals of the region, division, and organization; demonstrate initiative in the interest of Envista Forensics and its customers.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Five to seven years of related experience including international (preferred) and multi-entity organizational structures. 


  • Experience with Business Intelligence Platforms.
  • Experience with Corporate Performance Management systems (Host Analytics, HFM, One Stream).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the matrixed organization.
  • Champion of continuous improvement.
  • Project management skills to lead process improvement activities including automation.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills. 
  • Data savvy and oriented.
  • Highly organized and accountable to deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with staff, as well as middle and upper management.
  • Strong knowledge of personal computers, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with related software (Great Plains, Chrome River).
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.
  • Willing to embrace change.
