The Sr. Technical Recruiter develops strategic and tactical recruitment objectives for Envista Forensics by working closely with all members of the leadership team to spearhead talent acquisition efforts designed to scale our technology, data analytics and engineering practices.  This position is responsible for ensuring the business has a continuous pipeline of critical talent and manages our external employment branding efforts. 

  • Effectively manage a variable recruitment workload and maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities in compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers across multiple business lines to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings via phone, in person, to assess the level of interest, technical skills, qualifications and compensation requirements of each candidate.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner on offers as needed for compensation purposes.
  • Prepare offers, create and implement strategic closing plans.
  • Leveraging our external presence with social media and our websites (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Convert passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
  • Develop a broad professional network of top engineering talent. Attend monthly networking events and industry events to build candidate pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective candidates.
  • Extensive experience working in applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Stays abreast of industry information, developments, and trends; maintains an understanding of the internal and external factors affecting the business; participates in ongoing training and development as assigned or approved to assure knowledge and skills remain current and comprehensive.
  • Functions as an effective member of the team, assisting co-workers as needed and learning from colleagues and supervisors; supports the goals of the department and organization; demonstrates initiative in the interest of the client and the organization.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience OR four (4) years of additional recruiting / related experience in full lifecycle recruiting for engineering and analytical positions, including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management.



  • Demonstrates thorough skill set in, or demonstrates ability to quickly master, a variety of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (including, but not necessarily limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, SharePoint, and Access).
  • Internet communication tools and   Skilled in use of internet for business research purposes; excellent transcription and keyboarding skills (including speed and accuracy)sound written and oral business communication skills, including formatting and preparation of memoranda, letters, and reports; basic mathematical skills; diplomacy; fine and gross motor skills, as well as mental requirements, to operate of standard office equipment, including personal computer, excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills;
