We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a Talent Development Coordinator. The incumbent will play a key role in continuing to grow Envista’s talent development program, while performing a wide range of administrative and project coordination duties.  


  • Search and develop new training material that aligns with organization and department training goals.
  • Administer annual and quarterly training compliance to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate new hire training from orientation through various first year training landmarks.
  • Contribute to new hire orientation through coordinating events and hosting training modules with presenters from all technical backgrounds.
  • Utilize technology to develop in house training modules including converting outside resources into relevant training modules
  • Upload new training modules to talent development site and manage library
  • Develop new training content available for digital distribution.
  • Responsible for maintaining clean training record of employees in crm and for keeping leaders updated on employee’s training progress
  • Facilitate and coordinate orientation and on-boarding of new hires
  • Manage records of training certifications and achievements at the direction of manager.
  • Research and gather data regarding company-wide training requests
  • Research External technical trainings and apply to applicable form for in-house use
  • Coordinate a talent development plan to utilize in-company training resources effectively
  • Works with training liaisons to coordinate live training events.
  • Collaborates with manager to push talent development program forward, implement the latest learning management technology and find innovative solutions to meet the company’s talent objectives.
  • Assist talent acquisition team with administrative duties to assist in search and recruitment process.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in education, HR, business, communications, marketing or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years relevant training, employee development or HR experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft-based computer programs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge or past experience in learning management systems a big plus.
  • Experience in execution of projects, meeting deadlines and coordinating tasks preferred.
  • Previous experience in instructional design a plus.
  • Passion for learning and talent development a must.
